Helpful, considerate and polite nursing staff. Improvements to waiting times would be of benefit. But of course I appreciate the constraints.

Good: Some really good, caring, helpful staff. Catering staff really help and provide other options.
To improve cleanliness not always great. Some issues with medication delivery. Temporary (agency nurses) staff sometimes indifferent/abusive.
